Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said on Monday that they (PPP) supported the government on the Kashmir issue.

Speaking at the parliamentary parties meeting, Bilawal said the PPP stood shoulder to shoulder with PM when it came to Indian aggression.

According to Bilawal, there was a need for unity to tackle the issue of Indian aggression.

The PPP chairman also said there was no military solution to the Kashmir issue.

Bilawal thanked the PM for the invitation to the meeting, adding that the issues discussed of the utmost importance.

Tensions between Indian and Pakistan  soared in the aftermath of Indian aggression at the Line of Control (LoC).

India violated the ceasefire agreement and in one act of aggression two Pakistani soldiers martyred India claimed a ‘surgical strike’.

Pakistan dismissed this claim and Indian has not provided any evidence to substantiate it.

Pakistan also raising the issue of Indian army atrocities in occupied Kashmir.

Where since July over 115 Kashmiris  martyred.

The situation deteriorated in Kashmir following the death of separatist leader Burhan Wani by Indian forces.
